You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return if you change your mind.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be unused and unopened.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Steps to request a return:

  3. Weโ€™ll send you instructions to return the package to our warehouse.

  4. Once we receive and verify that the product is unused, weโ€™ll issue your refund immediately.

Steps to report a defective product:

  1. Take 2โ€“3 clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

  2. Have your order number ready (from your confirmation email).

  3. Send the photos and your order number to info@airnaze.com.
