This Privacy Policy describes how AirNaze  collects, uses and discloses your personal information when you visit or use our services, make a purchase on www.air-naze.com  or otherwise communicate with us regarding the Site .
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the terms “you” and “your” refer to you as a user of the Services, whether as a customer, website visitor, or any other individual whose information we collect in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site, update the “Last Updated” date, and take any other steps required by applicable law.

Collection and Use of Your Personal Information

To provide the Services, we collect — and have collected in the last 12 months — personal information about you from a variety of sources, as outlined below. The information we collect and use depends on how you interact with us.

In addition to the specific uses set out below, we may use the information we collect to communicate with you, provide or improve the Services, comply with applicable legal obligations, enforce applicable terms of service, and protect or defend the Services, our rights, those of our users, and others.

Personal Information We Collect

The types of personal information we obtain depend on how you interact with our Site and use our Services. “Personal information” means information that identifies or describes you individually, or that can be linked or associated with you.

Information You Provide Directly

Information you submit through our Services may include:

  • Contact details: your name, address, telephone number and email.

  • Order information: name, billing address, shipping address, payment confirmation, email address and phone number.

  • Account information: username, password, security questions and other data used for account security.

  • Customer support information: any information you choose to include when contacting us (e.g., messages sent via the Services).

Some features of the Services may require certain information. You may choose not to provide it; however, this may limit your ability to use or access those features.

Information We Collect About Your Use

We may automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Services (“Usage Data”) via cookies, pixels and similar technologies (“Cookies”). Usage Data may include how you access and use our Site and your account, device and browser information, network connection data, IP address, and other interaction data.

Information We Obtain from Third Parties

We may obtain information about you from third parties, including vendors and service providers collecting information on our behalf, such as:

  • Companies supporting our Site and Services (e.g., Shopify).

  • Payment processors that collect payment information (e.g., bank account, credit/debit card data, billing address) to process payments, fulfil your orders, and provide requested products/services — to perform our contract with you.

When you visit our Site, open or click our emails, or interact with our Services or adverts, we or the third parties we work with may automatically collect certain information via online tracking technologies such as pixels, web beacons, SDKs, third-party libraries, and cookies.

Any information we obtain from third parties will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy. See also Third-Party Websites and Links below.

How We Use Your Personal Information

Providing Products and Services

We use your personal information to provide the Services and perform our contract with you, including processing payments, fulfilling orders, sending account and transactional notifications (purchases, returns, exchanges), creating/maintaining/managing your account, arranging shipping, facilitating returns/exchanges, and other account-related features and functionalities.
We may also enhance your shopping experience by allowing Shopify to link your account to other Shopify services you choose to use. In such cases, Shopify will process your information as set out in its Privacy Policy and Consumer Privacy Policy.

Marketing and Advertising

We may use your personal information for promotional and marketing purposes, such as sending marketing communications by email, SMS or post, and showing you adverts for products or services. This may include tailoring the Services and advertising on our Site and on other websites.

If you are an EEA resident, the legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests in selling our products (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Security and Fraud Prevention

We use your personal information to detect, investigate, or take action regarding potential fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activities.
If you register an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share your username, password or other details. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
(EEA legal basis: our legitimate interests in maintaining the security of our website for you and other customers, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.)

Communications and Service Improvement

We use your information to provide customer support and improve our Services — in our legitimate interests to respond to you, deliver effective services, and maintain our relationship (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Use of Google Analytics and Google Signals

We use Google Analytics to analyse how customers interact with the Site (e.g., pages visited, time on page, device, browser, approximate location based on IP, and other technical data) to improve user experience and optimise our Services.

We have also enabled Google Signals, an extension of Google Analytics that collects aggregated, anonymised data for users who are signed into their Google account and have Ads Personalisation enabled. Google Signals provides cross-device insights to help us better understand customer behaviour and tailor our marketing and advertising strategies.

How data is collected and used: via cookies and similar technologies, to:

  • Perform cross-device/cross-platform analytics.

  • Build segmented audiences for remarketing campaigns.

  • Obtain aggregated demographic and interest insights.

Managing/Opting out: data from Google Signals is aggregated and not used to identify individuals. You can:

  • Disable Ads Personalisation in your Google account (Ads Settings).

  • Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

For more details on how Google handles data with Google Signals, see Google’s Privacy Policy.

Cookies

Like many websites, our Site uses cookies. For cookie details specific to our Shopify-powered store, see: https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies.

We use Cookies to operate and improve our Site and Services (including remembering your actions and preferences), and to conduct analytics and understand user interactions (our legitimate interests in administering, improving and optimising the Services). We may also allow third parties and service providers to use Cookies on our Site to better personalise services, products and advertising on our Site and on other websites.

Most browsers accept Cookies by default, but you can set yours to delete or reject them. Note that deleting or blocking Cookies may negatively affect your experience and some Services/features may not work properly or be available. Blocking Cookies may not fully prevent information sharing with third parties (e.g., ad partners).

Our website also recognises the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, allowing you to opt out of certain uses/disclosures of your information. If you signal a GPC preference, we treat it as a valid opt-out from “sharing/targeted advertising” for the associated browser/device and, where we can associate that device with a Shopify account, we will apply the opt-out to the account as well. Learn more: https://globalprivacycontrol.org/.
Apart from GPC, we do not recognise other “Do Not Track (DNT)” signals.

  • In connection with business transactions (e.g., mergers, insolvency), to comply with legal obligations (including responding to subpoenas, warrants and similar requests), enforce applicable terms, and protect or defend the Services and our/others’ rights.

In the last 12 months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal (and sensitive) information for the purposes described above:

We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy or security of such sites, including the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information found there.

Information you provide on public or semi-public sites, including third-party social platforms, may be visible to other users of the Services and/or those platforms, without limitation for use by us or third parties. Inclusion of such links does not by itself constitute endorsement of their content or operators, except as disclosed in the Services.

If you visit our Site with the Global Privacy Control opt-out signal enabled, this may be treated as an opt-out request for the device/browser you use (and applied to a linked Shopify account where possible).

  • Restriction of processing: request that we stop or restrict processing.

  • Withdrawal of consent: where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

  • Appeal: you may have the right to appeal our decision if we refuse your request.

You can exercise your rights where indicated on our Site or by contacting us using the details below. Exercising your rights will not result in discriminatory treatment. We may need to collect information (e.g., your email/account details) to verify your identity before responding.
Where permitted by law, you may designate an authorised agent to submit requests on your behalf; we will require proof of authorisation and may also require you to verify your identity directly.

We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
